You employers always make a mistake in your hiring req.
Why do you think I ditched the corp world?
I have a College deg., Loans, and alway with "the 3,4,5 yrs experience" when looking for work.
"catch 22 - 101" - "I just graduated, how can I get hired when all employers need at least 3 years experience?"
If a college student just graduates with no experience, hire him/her and train in the unique environment called "your company" - you'll be happier in the long run, because that person will probably still be there.
6+ years exp - yeah I got all you need and then some and a little bit more, but I am just letting ya'll know you shoot yourselves in the foot looking for so much experience and not "ambition" and willing to learn zeal you get no where else but from a fresh college grad.
