if you want to improve it even further look into which fruits have the biggest amound of energy and switch them for some lesser fruits.. like go from bananas to apples and if you like cuecumbers, they are loaded with water, makes you feel full and have near to no energy..
only problem with doing it this way is that once you get back to eating "normal" you will gain a few pounds untill you body learns to regulate the new amount of energy from the "normal" food..
so loosing weight isnt all about eating , you need to exercise a bit too.. but 20-30 minutes a day can do wonders..
