I use Chameleon and I'm very happy about it. One thing I like is the way they interconnect with the other application they just release : Chameleon Partner Account Requester. The two applications just mix in a really easy way.

Chameleon is an easy software to use. I heard from a friend that tried Dream Submitter that the interface was way too hard to understand :/
And I see you give a one-to-one walkthrough which is not needed with Chameleon as it is quite easy to understand :P

I don't work for chameleon, I just like their soft and I'd be happy to try the one month free trial so I can give my opinion on your Dream Submitter which seems to have powerful advanced features
