I see a lot of 30 day anniversarys. No cigs for 30 days for me either. I have smoked for 45 years. I quit once before for 1 1/2 years & thought I could smoke socially once in awhile..... didn't work. I wasn't planning on quitting smoking for another week or so, but I already had the patches and ran out of cigarettes.... so, I just slapped on the patch and that was it!. I have been hitting the hard candy a lot though.

None of my friends in Florida smoke - that helps a lot. It's my 4 day trip to Vegas on Halloween that will be the trial. Hard to be in Vegas & not smoke!!!!
