I'm not a fan of any politician, anywhere. They're pretty much all crooks.
You see, by the time you get to the pinnacle of power in any Country, you're so owing to the people that got you there that there's really no choice but be corrupt. It happens everywhere. That means it happens in France, it happens in Canada and it also happens in the United States. It's just on such a scale in the US, and so much more significant, that it's all we ever seem to talk about around here.
Don't believe me? Directfiesta is a Canadian, paying Canadian taxes. How many times have you heard him bring up news on the recent Canadian sponsorship and other related Scandals? Don't you think that for someone as purely motivated by hunting out corruption as Directfiesta claims to be would have at least some interest in corruption only a province over from himself?
So you go ahead, you think I'm a fan of Bush all you like. Just becaue I'm unwilling to blame him for every little thing that comes along, doesn't make me a fan of his.
