as far as designers go, there's plenty. check out their portfolios, find one you like--- and again, content is not a problem. everysponsor has some for you.
theres quite a few gallery designers available that'll make you nice galleries for around $10 -20 each & then all you'd have to do is submit it to tgps. FHG arent good for tgp submission, only on your own tgp or hub etc
for more sponsors, i'm sure you see in threads under everyones sigs..
