Why is it sad? Its a MINIMUM job, meaning a shit job. If someone wants better then that, good for them, but they're going to need to earn it.
I'm not fond of the minimum wage. I believe more in free enterprise, I think things usually work out in a competitive environment. Some agree, some disagree, thats just my opinion.
