Roger is correct. The affiliates that "need the most help" usually don't offer any significant traffic. As oppossed to a pro, who comes in, signs up, talks to you on ICQ for two seconds, then is off to the races on his own hosting, his own domains, his own content, and his own tour.

I do admire the programs bending over backward for the "2 signups per week" affiliates though, you must have more free time than I do...or more third-world labor anyway...
