it still amazes me that i see some of the neo cons still running around here saying things like "don't worry it won't stick".
they're really only thinking about a small caveat of this strategy.
personally, i think bush and the doj know that these charges won't stick in court to the extent that they want, but they are doing exactley what you have said.
and i am sure they will have problem attempting to bankrupt everyone they can.
it's like fucking extortion.
