It costs a minimum of $250,000 to defend yourself against the DOJ- these days it's more like $500,000
Doesn't matter if he is guilty or innocent- they will break him financially if he doesn't have an attorney on contingencey
and NO attorney in their right mind would take a case like Max's on contingency
There would be too much scrutiny placed upon that lawyer and he'd have to be pretty squeaky clean-
