I wonder what the actual conviction percentage is on govt obscenity cases? Doesn't seem like they ever win many of them as most seem to be won on basis of freedom of speech.

Seems like the only thing that ever happens is the accused are tied up in the court system for years getting sucked dry by lawyers.
