A mate of mine is pretty much the same as how you described yourself. People always try and take advantage of him/ bully him. He's pretty good in that he just ignores it, but at te same time he also gets bullied into a heap of different things.

FWIW i'd simply be completely honest with the person. Tell them you don't like what they are doing.
