that made me chuckle ..
I was getting run down at one point ... staying up late and getting up early ..like 4 hours a night for about 60 days ... when it caught up .. i laid down at 7:30 and told my wife to wake me for the gym at 8pm ... she said she tried but i wouldn't move .. i woke up at 10am the next day ... i crashed for almost 15 hours ...
try using a sleep aid like ambien to force a goodnight sleep at least once a week ... it helps ..
