If you must, gotta do it and get it over with. Then hopefully you will have dumped a bundle of problems and can concentrate on starting fresh without the baggage.
BTW... I don't know the laws in Fla on this, but if it's a situation where you are not really allowed to dump the crap and still owe - be cool and think twice!!
