You seem to be maintaining quite good under the circumstances, while you work to rectify the situation, as well as keeping everyone informed about what is going on (it's always best to be out front on stuff like that).
If you ever get tired of running your web site, FEMA could use you - and you would probably do a better job.

Thanks ADGWD, I just believe being upfront and open about things like this is the only way to be. 100's of people put there faith, trust, and most importantly their traffic in our hands, and not coming out and letting people know what is going on IMHO is just a bad idea. Will we lose some good affiliates? Maybe. Will we show people we care about them and want to be honest and upfront when we run into a snag like this? Definitely.
We really thought we had all the backups covered, but the reality of the situation is only the content was locally backed up, the rest of it was in someone else's hands that we kind of relied on and had some misconsumptions about. Some things you find out the hard way I guess.
The site will be back bigger and better than ever ASAP, and we hope that our loyal affiliates and friends will be there to embrace it/us once again, as they have so many times before.
Thanks again for all your kind words, it means more than you know right now.
Oh, and FEMA might be a little out of my league atm...lol
