We have to be very careful about you. We see an american electorate that would rather elect an idiot, moron because he is on the Republican ticket than an intelligent Democrat because they fear that he is a liberal.
Sheet, Tommy Jefferson was a liberal. And he wrote your constitution. Along with Benny Franklin, who said that "Thise who would give up liberty, for a temporary increase in security, deserve neither liberty or security." And Tommy J really liked the French. He was the ambassador to France, after all.
The polling station games in Mississippi, and the other southern states are well know. Except to whitey american republicans who want to believe that their elections are fair. CNN has reported the story many times.
But not so much since Sept 11. The day americans lost their press corps. I hope Bill Mahar embarrassed Anderson Cooper and CNN enough to get them to start asking the tough questions again.
Like why did it take 110 minutes for an F-16 to catch up to the last highjacked 747 on Sept 11? It took 20 minutes for an F-16 to catch up with Payne Stewart's death craft.
I worry about Canada. But I can't ignor a United States that is more and more run by the fundies and Haliburton.
