A little more info. Sign up and you get an email and you click a link and then you login where you are taken to the blog page. Also there is a link "Archives" on that page that contains 11 reports I have written since I started the site.
The model portfolio is based on a starting amount of $200,000. Currently 18 of the 20 positions in the portfolio are up in value. There are 5 closed positions, 2 which were down, 2 up and 1 unchanged. For every position I assign a risk rating of speculative, moderate or conservative. One of our stocks was up 50%+ today. The portfolio is up rougly 30% after today's action. I also have listed my top picks for 2005 (put out 12/04) and my top picks for the second half of this year put out in July.
When I start charging, the fee will be probably $12 a month.
