My husband worked in a Sex bar several years ago.
Basically it is like a strip bar in the fact that it has a stage.
Talent gets on the stage, fucks and customers watch it. In some places a customer can pay the bar or "tip" the talent for tableside blow job or fuck.
Sometimes the bar is only a stripper bar with a special event like this for "special" customers. But for the most part they are small places located in industrial areas where prostitution is legal.
I'm told they can be very popular with couples.
I would imagine if you are getting traffic from a sex-bar website it is most likely an Internet spin-off of this.
