It's awesome here. The price on that first one is a STEAL considering it's 9 acres with a 4000 sq. ft. home on it.

Realistically though, you can get a pretty decent home here for 3-400K. I figure though, if you're going to do it, try for the waterfront or land that will probably be developed years from now.
