From now on, ONLY drink:
- water (lots of it during the day)
- green tea (have a cup or two in the morning or during lunch)
- juice (orange juice will do fine, refrain from sugary apple juices)
From now on, DON'T drink:
- coffee (it's like drinking mud)
- coca cola, fanta or any other soda, even the diet ones (limit yourself to two cans per month if you are unable to stop)
- milk (try drinking it as less as possible, maybe only when eating cornflakes)
