This nick is as fake as it is being unused, but that's not the point.
I don't see anything that sick here. It does not hurt anyone and it is done by grown-ups with their mutual consent. I wouldn't do this myself and I would not approve of anyone I know doing this, but I cannot say these people should be jailed or something. There are tons of sicker things in the world.
And after all, the only thing related to incest here is the site's concept which is produced to stir people's imagination. Those who perform there are most unlikely to be relatives.
