Be careful with Vitamin C -- too much, and you'll be pissing stones in no time. I used to take 1-a-day men's, and later 1-a-day active (not at the same time)...I noticed a huge difference when using both, although it didn't last all day. I have a strong immune system, so I don't really get sick all that often, but I also drink quite a bit of tea in the morning.
