Im in a health kick and I thought buying some vitamins would be a good start.

Now I have heard mixed things. I just went to my local drug mart and picked up a 10$ bottle Centrum Performance complete A to Z.

I later went to my heath food store and found out that that wasnt my best purchase and your body just shits them out that day what you dont need and you need time realeased formula and they are $50.

Does anyone know anything about vitamins?
