because most telemarketers have quotas, there will be those who will fuck up and not go by this guidline and that fuckup like the scenerio described above will only bring unwanted attention.

gotta have the right people running the show thats all.

like i said in an earlier post - the BIGGEST purveyour of softcore T&A vids whose TV ads you see every night has been doing this for quite some time (over a yr) and no fuckups.
