To beat that shit, another Bush Cabinet dude, Al Jackson, Secretary of Housing, theorized that New Orleans would never again have the black population it's had and will be dominated by white people.
A guy's got a right to say his piece and I think things at the White House are coming to a head and it will be entertaining to see how this all turns out.
