Eh. There are some white kids who just grew up around all of the same shit that most black kids in the ghetto did. I have a few white cousins who are like that. A ghetto child is simply a product of his/her environment. regardless of race. So the end result is a man who speaks, and acts as his environment taught him. In sacramento, you see asian kids runnin around, talkin shit and calling eachother "niqqas". Its quite a sight to see....
