Since I don't know him so well personally (we met once at a design event), I can't vouch for him or his character. It could also be someone impersonating the famous David Schoen.

Some of the questions he was asking her. Does she have a boyfriend who would be jealous of his shooting her. Does she have any family locally. She thought he was asking if she had anyone that would miss her if she disappeared. I think she's over reacting or miss interpreting but ya never know.
