...for a topic for this work a friend of mine has to do for one of his final exams!
I have broken my head about it, but i don't find something fitting...

The Work should include the following:

1) presenting a clear statement of the problem to be studied in a form that allows structure and continuity of argument and reasons

2) an awareness of the broader context of the work , e.g. its contribution to and relation with the relevant literature. Often this is incorporated in a critical literature survey

3) an outline and critical discussion of the research methods chosen and implemented

4) the collection and gathering of relevant data. An awareness of the limitations of the data sources used.

5)the analysis and interpretation of results- the use of the information and evidence that has been collected


The whole thing should have to do something with Food, Foodcare & this stuff, she's studying "hospitality management"....
The Article should have 12.000 words so it should be a topic where you can write much about it!

Maybe someone got an idea which topic she could use...
