I like the colors and the arrow between sex and go in the other one better. What bothers me a little is that the girl sticks out her hand with the flag so high. The logo has to go in the upper left corner of the sites and that leaves a lot of white space above the letters sex-g. I'd prefer it if I would be able to reduce this space and place the logo higher on the page (so there is more space to show the actual content).
May be you have time to do something with that. May be another kind of girl without the flag works better for me.
