I just remembered that it was the record release party for that wacky dude that won the first "Become an MTV VJ" contest.
I can see his face and remember that he was real skinny and talked weird and druggy sounding ... just can't for the life of me remember his name.
He was kinda funny ... it's on the tip of my tonge and I totally remember what he looks like - but I just can't recall his name.
I'm sure someone else will come up with it!
