1) Ronny Earle, the Democratic dipshit DA has tried this
this type of stunt before and it took him 5 grand juries
to get finally get an indictment. Travis county is a blue spot in our nice
red state.
2) He tried the same thing with Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson and was
laughed out of court.
3) Read the indictment..... not much there. No specific or detailed charges.
4) Ronny Earle bragged to a democratic fundraiser in the last week that he was going to take Delay down.... It is against the law to comment on a case under investigation and he could be disbarred as a result.
5) The Dems can't win elections in Texas, like the rest of the country, so this is what they have to resort to.
6) By Republican party rules, anyone under indictment is required to step down until the case is decided.
In summary, he'll be cleared, so party-on dummies.
