Ok it's my mistake that I have omitted the fact that you have to start promoting our partnership program to get a FREE ePassporte account (i.e. we pay for opening and sending you a plastic card from our won pocket, and we won't use your earnings for it). So to fix this troublesome situation, our direction decided to do the following: all webmasters who have already signed for our program today from this topic (i.e. before my post where I mentioned that you have to be an active webmaster) will get their ePassporte accounts without becoming our active webmasters! These webmasters don't have to sell our sites at all, and we are opening their ePass accounts as a gift.
Course the other webmasters (who's not mentioned above) should generate some sales and/ore rebills on $100 to get their FREE ePass account; and $200 to receive a plastic card (also for free, i.e. we will pay for it from our own pocket!)
Please take my apologies again for omiting the important info in the 1st post. Hope the incident is settled now.
