Yes under "marketing tools" there is a banner for hosted galleries but that's only available for legitimate sponsors. You need to log in the partners area to access them. The banner states they are available but not necessarily right there.
ccbill webmaster login works only if you are current ccbill webmaster with an affiliate ID, username, and pass. If you don't have one, it automatically sends you to a signup form for a new account.
