If I were to do it again I would of studied International Business. I have a degree in accounting but I have never used it other than to make sure my CPA's don't fuck with my money.
As for the real estate angle, a new trend that I am seeing if groups of like minded individuals with good credit coming together and purchasing property. I have been invited into a few this year where you put up say 5% each on a new development and the return has been at least 10 times that in less than 2 years. I am now putting the motions together where I start some of these myself with some friends.
Anything you choose, have the goal to work for a few years and learn the trade and then open your own business.
