in the USA:
pick the state you want to incorporate in
choose the type of entity ie: LLC, S-corp, etc...
talk to a
professional, accountant, lawyer, etc...and get the appropriate paperwork filed.
once you get the paperwork, call the irs, get your EIN, and then go get a bank account etc...
