Congrats man. One thing concerns me.
Now I am not a sponsor of marriage, infact I never reccomended marriage to anyone, but I am a hyprocrit since I am married myself. I detest the idea of marriage and it was based off my first marriage. I did it for the family...

You say:
"The big thing was doing this for her family, just as much as her."
Ya better make absolute sure you are doing it for her and yourself and no one else.
Marriage is not a method to appease family, especially in Pregnant/Marriage type scenerio's.
