The cases alone run about $5K to be built...
It was minor wear and turn, some wood nicks, etc.. but nothing major and it is fully functional with the Golden Tee 2004 running on it, through Ebay you could get the 2 additional courses for $100 or so and update it to 2005 for roughly another $100.00.
I paid $7,500.00 for this baby brand new when I owned my bar, it obviousily isn't worth anywhere near that now due to some wear and tear and not having the latest versions (which yes would cost around a total of $200-$250 to have installed)

I am a laid back guy and easy to deal with so if you are in the central IL area, a truck drive down would be your best bet and you could even see it in action prior to purchasing it.
Anyways, if you play the game alot at the bars etc... this is a perfect addition to a any game room, and the best part is this is NOT the stock machine you see at "Joe's Bar" this is a customized cabinet specially built to avoid (amongst multiple other things) smacking your hand into the screen when following through on your swing.
It obviously is NOT a cheap machinem, comes with coin collectors, slot for bill collector, and all your other basics. The trackball works perfectly for me but that may just be because I am used to it.
