KK Here is the story Ill post about it.
Back in the dot com boom I was working in dot com company , they went under we all got canned. Thats when istarted in porn n shit. My good friend from high school was a book wholesaler. He sent me palletes i sold em and got a cut of it. KK know we went to Chicago back in 2000 for a show. me like a idiot signed non compete n shit.
He started becoming greedy so I went off on my own. I got 2 of my boys in it. We got a medium sized warehouse here in NY. Got goods n shit and evrything was smooth initially. So i get sued by the guy for non compete while in new biz with my 2 friends.... Lawsuit lasted 9 months or so and cost me arm and leg. At this point my partners were getting lazy and i was fed up with em..........
I wanted out. The lawsuit then was revised to include them as well. They were 9-5 mentally with work. I was working all the time. Got tired of picking up for there slack...
So i go to guy suing me on the downlow.... we meet in city for dinner. We work out agreement between us . I told my lawyer to resign from case , he stopped paying his layers and they told judge that and went off the case. So long story short lawsuit was thrown out. Now i told my partners to buy me out.... I took a lumpsum of cash on hand and so on.......
i lay low for few moths and get back into it from scratch. I work with initail guy again and also sign territory eclusive distibution rights with 2 other vendors..........this was done to but my old partners off from product. So now they cant get product from anyone. they went out of business within 3 months.
So i rebuilt the biz , hit up my customers and so on. I reched the point where it was not what i wanted to do... I wa making money but not happy.
I approach my brothers and basically tell em the deal , and they can have it.
We work ut agreement between myself and bros. They have full and total control know of the operation. Wholesale/Retail and so on. I just get a monthly check from em for the buyout.
Long story short i really lost interst in it .
