Being that I work closely with the bail industry in Oklahoma, all of the forms we make our clients sign to get them out of jail include asking your bail bondsman permission to leave the county where you were bailed out of jail. If he/she gives you the permission to leave the state, they will require that you give them an address where you will be staying, a telephone number where you can be reached 24/7, and probably ask you to call and check in daily. We're strict here basically because I hate having to go out and bring your stupid ass back to jail for failing to do what we ask. We put our money on the line to get you out of jail for pocket change. You can fuck your lawyer off all day long, but don't piss off your bail bondsman, for he has the power to revoke your bond and toss your ass back in jail.
