Hhahha this is a good thread. Funny enough I just came home from the gym.
I hot the gym 5 to 6 days a week. Only have been doing this routine since this january.
35 min cardio , often I do elliptical trainier or mix it with tredmil. I try to keep my heart rate between 140 to 155 while at it. max being 167.
Then I do 40 min of either weight lifting , circuit. I am trying to get to 7-8% body fat but I have been on 10% for so long I fucking don't know whether my body is cut for it
I started using the swissball instead of the bench , helps you strengthen your core muscles better and you have more effective workout.
wish my girl would workout atleast 3 times a week , but she always has some excuse
