I started going to the gym again a little over a month ago.
I've been giong 4-5 days a week.
I had been doing eliptical for 30 minutes or so & sometimes jogging on the treadmill.
Recently I've been putting a short 20 minute workout with weights before doing cardio.
It's a start.. but I certainly need to do more and start watching what I eat :P
I like my beer though.. it's going to be tough!
