I have a new exercise plan for one week now.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday (and sometimes Sunday) I go to the gym
Two different plans, plan A and B that change every visit with 10 different exercises each to train my back, shoulders, front muscles, chest and some other regions but I don't know the name

I drive with my new bike there, so 3 x a week 20km biking
Tuesday and Thursday I go swimming and Saturday and Sunday I go jogging.
