all weight training... today was a chest day... did it a bit differently than usual...

- flat dumbbell flies:
25x10, 55x10, 65x10, 80x8, 85x6

- incline smith machine press: (wide grip)
135x8, 225x8, 255x3, 245x3

- 2 sets of ab crunches

- flat barbell press:
185x10, 205x6, 225x4


yesterday though was a back day and because i want to start getting to sleep earlier i decided to run a mile after hitting back... it was tough, ran a 6:48 mile though, about killed me
