I believe a much better approach to maximizing the single girl site concept is assembling a network of such sites, e.g. Lightspeed, Bad Girl. While the product can be high grade, it is still a commodity. The more you have, the more you can sell. Single girl sites play on the individual tastes of the surfer. Since those tastes are varied, the supply should be varied.

1. Create an overall brand (separate from any individual model).
2. Select models that fit that brand.
3. Develop the individual models as a product to push the brand.
4. Continue to create new and update current product.
5. Reach critical mass in terms of exclusive content library so content can be repurposed, e.g. dvds, print magazines, calendars, cable tv, cellular/pda.
6. Create a free/one-time payment community based around the product to retain userbase.
