A major domainer owns that one and that's what he wants if someone wants to buy it. All the guys with these kinds of domains don't have to sell but will sell if the offer is too juicy to turn down.

Most of them are open to offers though and will go lower than the asking price obviously when we go into negotiations.

Always better to start high and then come down.
