I own the TightFetish.com
The site makes $12,000 per year. I don't touch it with the exception of a gallery submission here and there to keep traffic up.

I feel the site is worth $12k-$15k. It has 7,500 photos in an automated content gallery system, a full functional discussion forum etc.

If someone bought the site and stuck it into their network, they could easily double the revenue I'm getting. I have 30 TGP galleries done and ready and Ive only used about half of them.

So tell me, why would someone laugh for me wanting this much if I were to sell it?
