There's soy protein in my compound protein powder that I make my shakes with right after my lifts, but other than that I stick to whey and some extra l-glutamine. If I took more crap than that, it'd start to become a task, so I just don't. I'm not a competitive bodybuilder or anything so I don't really see the point in going what's beyond 'healthy' personally.

i'm by far a bodybuilder, its more for health and to repair some of the damage i have done to myself over the years as a traveling partying dj. ROFL. i'm taking aboiut all i am going to at this point. i need lots of protein becaue i love jogging and my leg muscles i am sure are gonna use up alot of it.
