Very few of Hendrix' concerts were released as standalone albums.
"Jimi Hendrix Plays Monterey" is maybe the pick: certainly the most interesting. But it's a bit short, so you might prefer "In the West" which is a compilation of various performances, including Monterey and Woodstock. Just be warned that if you have the boxed set "The Jimi Hendrix Experience" you will aready have most of the tracks.
I don't think his live albums are his best, although they include some great tracks. "Are You Experienced", "Axis: Bold as Love" and "Electric Ladyland" are my favorites.
