That is creepy and a little scary how easy it is to get information on someone. It doesn't even matter the parties involved, but what if someone had kids and didn't choose to have their adult business partners show up unexpectedly.

I think the realtor story seems a tad far fetched. I don't know any realtor who would just give out information on people without knowing them. I also don't know why you'd need to go that route if you were friends with the person and could just ask.
