I am developing our affilaite programme, and am looking for soemone to come on board... this would be in return for a % payout, so unlike a straight payment, the better the job done the more the person can earn...
It is also teared so the more we earn the bigger the %... plus we already have a growing affilaite base on each network, so a lot of work as already been done, couple that with the sites we have, and the potential of them, and you might be getting one tasty piece of the cake...
In return the person will need to create galleries for the sites within these programmes, both pic and video galleries... secondly he will need to help develope the cash sites with the implementation of the hosted galleries and potds...
Beyond this regular updates of the cash programmes and general promotion will be needed... it is without question a lot of work, and needs the new guy to have a lot of creative skills as well as good programming skills, but believe the potential of this deal is definetly mutially beneficial.
